Wheeler's Orchard - Dunlap TN

We had a wonderful time browsing the store, and they had delicious samples of grapes and apples! We even got to pick some of our own apples! Jane and her daughter Ansley were so great to answer all our questions. They also have grapevines and a flower garden. This is a small but growing orchard. Definitely one to watch and revisit.

Love when the weather cools off! Time to go to orchards and markets! Juice is delicious and apples are delicious! Beautiful drive and they are so friendly! Loved walking around!

Good place for Apple picking and definitely they have good variety of apples. Apple picking places are well planned and Apple prices are affordable. I see 2 disadvantages the car parking is not having a dedicated place and also the place to have your food and relax - benches are very minimal. Kids will definitely enjoy this place. Definitely a good place to visit and have a nice weekend👍

My boyfriend and I arrived and accidentally ended up attending a fall festival of sorts. We were told it was ten dollars per person to get in, and we'd get included events like feeding animals, making flower bouquets, and things like that. None of these things ended up being included, however, and I couldn't find where the animal feeding was- I guess our "tour guide" we were told would come didn't know he was supposed to help? Overall, it honestly felt like we were intruding the entire time, seemed more like a neighborhood event than something "outsiders" we welcome to, and reeked of weed throughout too. Two dogs were walking around that seemed severely neglected; one had matted fur, and the other was oddly skinny. I will say we were disappointed by not being able to pick apples or even see the trees, but the ones from the farmers' market were fairly good, including their apple bread.

The apples I selected have already been turned into Apple Rings and preserves! They had some very beautiful and interesting artisan craft items. Parking was easy and the restrooms were clean. The only thing I didn't care for was that although the sales area was covered, it was not enclosed. So we hurriedly purchased our apples and headed home with a stop for hot drinks and lunch.
