Locally owned garden center. The folks outside are extremely helpful with questions or loading. They have mulch of various types sold loose or bagged. The lady working the register has always been very cordial as well. I've always had great service here.

We found some flowers for us that worked, but the woman at the counter caught an attitude with me the second I asked about something on the receipt, I’d be more than happy to share who it was. Not to mention it seems like she’s more interested in flirting with the younger workers inside than actually helping customers.

I recently visited Northside Garden Center for the first time and had a disappointing experience. While some plants looked nice, they didn’t have much selection when it came to vegetables. The lady at the register was also very rude and unwelcoming. She seemed annoyed by simple questions and made us feel like we were bothering her, which took away from what should have been an enjoyable visit. Good customer service is important, and that was clearly lacking. Because of how we were treated, I will not be going back and would not recommend this place to others.

My wife and I really love shopping for plants here. It is family owned, and there is a very laid-back atmosphere. They are always available to help, and they are very knowledgeable, but there’s never any pressure. It is nice just to stroll through the various greenhouses looking at the amazing selection that they have. And they have some great stuff inside the store as well.
