I cannot say enough good things about Petals and Ponds! Tyler and RJ showed up on time, were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They repaired and remodeled our leaking koi pond waterfall, and the final result exceeded anything I could have imagined. What started as a simple one-tier waterfall was transformed into a beautiful two-tier waterfall that looks absolutely stunning and sounds amazing. They even made two additional trips to pick up more rocks to ensure the project was done right. Most importantly, I am completely confident that the leak issue has been resolved. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were evident throughout the entire process. If I could give Petals and Ponds 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pond or waterfall repairs, renovations, or new installations!

This is the only nursery that we go to every year. Where the quality is the best. The prices are also the lowest in Gwinnett. Every single plants that we purchased from this place grew healthy and produced in abundance. Pictures are from our Ghost pepper plants from 2025. They produced all the way till the first frost. I made pepper sauce that I'm still using and shared. And have peppers left in my freezer.

Stopped by the new Petal and Pond location today and it was amazing. They just opened this week. I’m sure they are saying finally. Cannot wait til they have the Koi Pond running. Give just a little while and it’ll have all the character their old location had. Employees were super helpful and answered all our questions. Great job owners of the pedal and pond. I do have one recommendation - make a little room where all of the super exclusive tropical plants have their own little area. Having them all upfront is cool, but it was even cooler at the old location. It felt exclusive. With the plants out front near the checkout looks like they were on sale not being your centerpieces they should be - but that’s it. I not trying to be too much of a critic because I love your new location. Good luck with the grand opening!

Everybody who works there ist always super nice and offers help every time i am there! They have great plants and the prices are good for the rear plants they have there! I only give 4 stars because some of the plants look a little bit damaged and are still on the full price. Maybe you can think about an clearance shelf for some of the damaged houseplants because i would buy them but not for the full price if a perfect looking one is right next to it for the same price. But i really enjoy beeing there everytime i go there because everbody is so nice and helpful. So keep going like this, you are great!!

This is favorite place for plants and pond supplies. I am expanding my front yard wildlife pond this weekend and Nancy and Eric were so helpful in making sure I had all the right supplies and native plants that would work in my pond. They helped figure out how much liner I need, advised on the best soil, and pointed me to some deals. This place isn’t the closest option to me but I will always drive out of my way to visit. Thank you Nancy and Eric!!!
