Star nursery on Ann Road was clean and organized the plants and flowers were evenly proportion so you can see what you would like to buy. I enjoyed looking at the pun with the goldfish and turtles. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable for any questions you might have.👍

On my first encounter, I bought 1.5 tons of rock, and it was delivered with no problems. I called for 3 days straight to order more, and no one answered the phone. I drove up there. The first person I spoke with was rude, the second was nice, but she let me know they don't often answer the phone. I ordered 6 more tons to be delivered. Throughout the day, I called to get an ETA. Around noon, I was told they were 5 stops away. My first delivery only took 10 min, so I figured they would be there soon. 3 hours later, I kept calling, no answer, or transferred to another line that did not answer. The delivery driver is supposed to call 30 min before delivery. As soon as I left the house to run to the bank, I received a call from a female driver who said she was 5 min away. I told her so was I, and I would meet her to show her where to unload. When I got there, she was gone and had dumped the rocks in the street. I will never do business with them again.

I like this place, a lot of plants and relatively good prices. Though I couldn’t find a miniature bamboo I was hoping to find. There’s some cats here too, which I like alot.

I highly recommend Star Nursery! The service is really what we love most. No one is hovering all over you, yet the staff is always close by and happy to help. We are very fortunate to have Angela help us each time and Hope at the register. We love coming here! The prices are EXCELLENT considering there are other nurseries nearby that are 4 times higher. I’ve always had a good experience at Star Nursery. Mostly teenage kids working the registers and customer service. Most of them have great training and there’s always someone in management ready to help them. This day there was a disgruntled kid “working” and that manager handled that extremely well considering the attitude. I made an order for rock and delivery. Everything seemed accurate when asked for delivery address etc. It was a Saturday but I never heard back Monday from the driver. I followed up Tuesday and I was on hold for 10 min I called back but no answer. I finally got a call but from the driver which had the wrong address for delivery. Luckily we were able to adjust and he was very friendly. My rock was delivered later that day. Still a great place for landscape needs
