The most bountiful u-pick blueberries that we have ever experienced. We picked 8.5 lbs from 3 bushes, and they were quite good. The farm itself was very nice and peaceful. There was a crowd of people picking, even at 730 am on a Friday morning, but it didn't feel crowded at all. We will be going back.
What a neat little place! Tried some of their frozen berries at the Ferndale Market and signed up for the email list for open picking sessions and I'm so glad that I did. The u-pick was so fun! Went by myself, but there were lots of young families and couples there happily picking away. I'd recommend arriving early as it may be busy, or like me you might end up picking for much longer than you thought you would. Can't beat the price or freshness for amazing organic blueberries!
2 of us picked 9 lbs in about an hour. Great summer activity for children and friends.
The blueberries are ripe and easy picking. They have a new facility too. Friendly staff! 2024 - lots of blueberries!
Hot and humid as it wants to be in July but the berries were beautiful, beans were snappy, and the farm was busy. Great farm, excellent hands and directions, everyone had a smile to share. First time there and I'll be returning!
