Lazy Creek Farms - Rome GA

We absolutely loved this place. The family that owns it is super sweet. The strawberries are gorgeous and delicious. Didn't try the pies but the ice cream and lemonade were wonderful. We look forward to visiting again in the fall for pumpkin season.

We’re a family of strawberry lovers, so I hunt down local farms intentionally. The berries at Lazy Creek are ripe and juicy. The ice cream is among some of the best I’ve had. The establishment offers canned goods at a great price as well as many activities for the kiddos.

We visited this super cute strawberry farm during my kid’s school field trip, and we had the best time! The staff was all so friendly and welcoming. The building itself is adorable, filled with all kinds of strawberry-themed products and delicious strawberry ice cream. Inside, there are games and cute merch, and outside there are lots of fun activities for the kids. The ride out to the strawberry fields was a hit, and picking our own berries was such a fun experience. Highly recommend for families and school trips!

We went on a school field trip to Lazy Creek and had a wonderful time! The schedule was a perfectly timed mixture of learning from the farming/ life cycle presentation first, a wagon ride, yard games, and learning about bees. The kids loved the free ice cream too! I was impressed with their facilities. Everything was very clean and well maintained. A big thank you to Patricia and Hank for giving our students a memorable experience.
