Have bought annual baskets for my HOA and myself since 2019 and they were beautiful. First time buying an actual bush-Red Twig Dogwood of which I have 10 of them all bought from Home Depot over the past 3 years. Bought one from City floral 3 weeks ago for $100+ and it has been defoliating since planting. I called today and explained what was happening and was given every excuse under the sun why it looks like it’s dying in spite of them not seeing a picture. Nevertheless, the gentleman said customers only have 48 hours from purchase for replacement. How can anyone know if there is an issue within 48 hours? Additionally, my 3 red feather grasses are looking very sad, as well. My Home Depot red twigs bought 3 years ago (in pic below) are thriving on the same irrigation system and terrace area (not to mention the grasses I’ve bought from HD also grew prolifically). First pic is a reflection of the City Floral red twig leaves I cut off yesterday that have been wilting since day one, woke up this morning to more wilting. Other pictures are from 3 year old Home Depot purchases, THRIVING in same area. Will not buy any expensive landscape in the future. I will continue to be buying from Home Depot from now on or Tagawa. VERY disappointing.

I found every plant I was looking for here. We saw so many exotic plants and trees and flowers that we’ve never seen before. Prices were very good. Staff was everywhere and kind. My younger boys loved the chickens. They did post they had working cats, but we didn’t see them. And we loved the selection of pots- huge variety and so many colors and sizes and types.

Great spot in the city for traditional annuals, perennials and veggies, including a selection of Plant Select plants which are better for conditions in Colorado. They also have a lots of bulbs in the fall and beautiful Christmas trees in the winter. On their Plant Select and native plants selection, I do wish they had more straight species and fewer cultivars, but that being said you can still find some good natives here and it’s my go-to spot for veggies. Everything I’ve purchased here always seems to be good and healthy too. Can’t complain!

I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. Frankly, the thrive ratio versus other garden stores has been lower, but the convenience for me location wise is good. Today was probably my last visit : I forgot my postcard which was five dollars off 25, I had a picture of it on my phone and they would not let me use it… the prices are outrageous as it is. The girl at the register wasn’t that kind about it and I find that they just do not care. I can hardly ever find someone here who actually has an answer for me about the plants. And the last few house plants I’ve gotten from here had some sort of bug on the bottom. I think mealy bugs and when I ask city floral to replace the expensive one, or for a partial refund with pictures, they really just did not care and said no. I love supporting local, but for the prices of this place I really expect better and am fed up. It will be sad to have to drive 10 or 20 minutes further, to spend likely the same amount of money, but worth it to not be treated poorly.

Love this place. It gets crazy busy, and you gotta keep your head up to make sure you aren't blocking someone as the aisles are narrow. The selection is fantastic, and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and always reaching out to see if you need any help. I get excited every spring to go back and get some veggies and house plants! They could stalk it, and it sells out every time, but I wish they had their own soil blend. Prefer supporting their products if possible
