absolutely love this place—it truly feels like your friendly neighborhood garden center! Fred and Manny at the Armstrong Garden Center on Newport Blvd and Victoria went above and beyond to help me. Manny helped me track down the specific plants I was looking for and even loaded them into my car. Fred took the time to walk me through plant care and made sure I had everything I needed to keep my new flowers thriving. Their kindness and expertise made my Mother’s Day extra special.
