Our 30-year relationship with Andrea's ended today. I would give it zero stars if possible. We bought a Maroon Swoon Weigela from them on May 18th that became very sick after 2 days (see picture) and Andrea's will not replace it with a healthy plant. The Weigela became this way among a host of other new and established healthy plants. We have no idea what is wrong with it , just hoping that if it is diseased that it has not move to the other plants in our garden. The no replacement policy is a different policy to what we have experienced with them over the last 30 years and different from many of their competitors in the area. They have also lost the customer friendliness and appreciation that it used to have. We used to be greeted with a smile and a welcome, which is no longer the case.
Very helpful, great selection, worked with us to get all that we needed and then some for our staycation projects!! Will be back!
This is your typical fraudulent material reseller. We asked for 1 yard of topsoil. The lady gave us 1 skid steer bucked load in our trailer. We felt that it was less than a yard, but we trusted her like most people would. However, upon placement of the dirt, it was obvious that we didn't receive a yard. Upon a quick google search of the machine and bucket, it shows it to be only 13 cubic feet when heaped full. A yard is 27 cubic feet. So we went back and explained ourselves, the lady was argumentative and strongly stood her ground that it was a yard. I measured our trailer which is 4 yards exactly. I told the lady, 1 yard would be 25% full in our trailer, if it's not 25% full, then you're not giving us a yard. Well, we got about 13-14% full on that load. It is very sad that a business like this has to lie to people to make an extra profit. This hurts the customer in 2 ways: first, they are over paying by double. Second, they are required to make a return trip since the first trip didn't have enough material to do the job. I would like a full refund, yes, we used the dirt, however, we were lied to and we bought it under false pretenses. You can see the picture below for bucket size. Don't let them tell you that isn't their bucket.
Nice and warm, friendly people. This place has a lot of annuals but just a few perinials . Still under development and needs some improvement. There annuals are very beautiful though.
Wonderful place to shop for gardening supplies and equipment.
