We went today and did U-pick. It is early in the season and they have only been open a couple of days this year so there aren’t a whole lot of berries to pick. Regardless we come multiple times every year because it is so conveniently located and the owners are incredibly nice people. They do a great job of making you feel welcome and making you feel greatly appreciated for coming to their farm. We have been coming for several years now and each year they improve from the year before. If you follow them on social media they are really good about letting folks know if they have a lot of berries or if they won’t be open long because there aren’t many berries yet. The place is great and we’ll be back in a couple of weeks to get more!

I’ve lived in the area for over 5 years now. And today was the first day I ever visited Westbury Farms. In honors of Active duty military and veterans their farm allowed those families to come and freely pick their beautiful flowers. We were kindly hosted by Emily today. Emily expressed her gratitude for those currently serving and those whom have served. It was truly an honor to meet Emily and her big heart. We wanted to express our gratitude to Emily and Westbury Farm. We will most definitely come back to pick our pumpkin, strawberries and simply enjoy their welcoming farm. Thank you!

Such a hidden gem in downtown Summerville. Its $20.00 for a bucket of strawberries which is not bad at all. Its a very fun/relaxing experience to do with a significant other or your kids. The staff is super nice just wish they had more items in the store. Highly recommend.

Went to the Harlyville location years ago, it was fine. But what I have an issue with is customers asking if your strawberries are sprayed and you ignore most of those questions. I have asked in the past with no response as well, I left it alone. Now, I’ve seen more potential customers asking the same, still no response. I’ve been a follower because I was a previous customer. I responded to one of those comments because I still had no answer. You finally decided to add a snarky comment about you not being an organic farm and that I need to seek advice from the Department of Agriculture. When I responded to you that we just wanted a yes or no answer and to be more transparent with your customers about spraying your berries, you decided to block me. Or did you block me because I responded to another potential customer’s question about if you have organic strawberries simply stating ‘they are not organic.’ Sounds like you needed to be called out on something you were trying to hide, otherwise why would you block me? You have all these families with small children laying around your farm stuffing their faces with your berries and you can’t even respect them enough to disclose the fact that you indeed spray (I know this doesn’t matter to everyone but to some it does). I had no issues with you until I saw how many times that question was avoided and then being blocked for answering the question that many families would like to know the answer to. All of this could’ve been avoided with a simple ‘unfortunately we do have to spray our berries to produce the best yield!’ Looks like I’m not the only one that gets blocked when someone calls them out.

What can I say? We love this farm and strawberries they have been growing for years. Can’t wait for blackberry season;) The staff is always friendly! Also farm has cozy space for kinds fun, tables for snakes under the shadow of big tress and my son loves the “sandy mountain” . Haven’t seen the cows? So come and take a look and enjoy the delicious vibes ❤️
