I am completely over the moon with the experience we had today while cider tasting! Gigi was an absolutely incredible hostess for the few minutes we got to spend with her. My husband was in awe of her knowledge of all of the different hard ciders, and I felt so taken care of while she was keeping my daughter and I refreshed with their cider samples! She treated my daughter as her own for even the short amount of time. I have to add the picture of the incredible skill she has with those hard cider tasting cups! Our experience didn’t stop there, we are huge fans of everyone who helped us in the bakery/ice cream shop while we retrieved the most delicious apple cobbler à la mode, and everyone who assisted us with such scrumptious fried apple pie, apple dumpling, and apple butter muffin! We ensured we grabbed a jar of apple butter and 1/2 dozen apple fritters to go. We highly highly recommend all of these choices! We will definitely be back, hopefully on the return end of our trip this weekend for some southern fried chicken!! I wish I got everyone’s names, but wanted to shoutout especially Gigi for her hospitality and truly going the extra mile to make our experience so memorable and unique ❤️ Love, Jojo & her mama & dada

We visited during their fall harvest venue. Our granddaughter had a great time on the blow up slides and bouncy house for kids, face painting and balloon animals. We enjoyed being able to sample the hard apple cider and the regular apple cider. We also got our hands on several types of homemade bread and muffins. Brought a Peck apples home to make homemade applesauce. Enjoyed browsing through the Apple Barn. To finish off our day we visited their ice cream shop. They make all their own ice creams. Overall it was a beautiful day and to be outside.

I went with a group of 14 at 11:00am on Dec. 31. We had to wait about 25 minutes, which we didn’t mind because they have a fire pit and rocking chairs. Once inside, we were taken to an area that had plenty of room for our large party. Our orders were taken and we received our food in under 15 minutes. All of it was delicious. Several of us shared meals, and those who didn’t, took leftovers home because the portion sizes are large. The restaurant was clean and had a homey atmosphere. After eating, we all walked through the shops and purchased several delightful items. Excellent family time together!

The Apple Barn Farmhouse Grill in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is always a must-stop on our Tennessee vacations. Every meal we’ve had there has been great, and this year we enjoyed breakfast. The breakfast platter was large enough to share between me and my son. When you’re seated, they bring out warm apple fritters that are absolutely to die for, along with their signature apple julep drink—an amazing way to start the meal. I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. The food is a perfect mix of farmhouse and down-home cooking, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and everyone is friendly and kind. They offer outdoor dining where you can bring your pets, as well as a former three-season room with a large fireplace that adds so much charm. The restaurant sits across from a beautiful river, with views of the orchard in the back. Beyond the restaurant, the property also features several shops where you can buy different apple butters, along with a winery, Christmas shop, candy shop, and more—all right on-site. We highly recommend the Apple Barn Farmhouse Grill and will continue to make it a tradition every time we’re in Pigeon Forge.
