We took a sourdough bread class with Leigh this morning. Learned how to feed starter, make rolls and cinnamon rolls plus take a starter home. Leigh was an amazing teacher and loved the farm.
Best place to pick vegetables, blackberries, herbs. We come every year! Be sure to feed the goats!
We absolutely loved this quaint farm! Picked a ton of berries, herbs, and flowers. Also bought some honey. They have everything you need and are very kind. Hoping to come back to learn how to propagate blackberries soon!
Stoney Creek is such a gem! I took a sourdough & canning class, both of which I knew nothing about. Leigh was so patient & kind & so knowledgeable! She made me feel confident in my abilities & helped me understand exactly what I was doing & why. She has such a sweet demeanor also. I can’t recommend them enough! Can’t wait to go back 🤍
