Star Nursery Garden Center - Las Vegas NV

I purchased 20 bags of manure and from thr moment i handed the order receipt to the guy i noticed the attitude, he loaded me like that throwing bags, on one single side and on top of my mower bag, the guy name was Mike, you can still seeing him on the picture, they should be more careful, a load like that can be dangerous for us and can damage our trailer and equipment. Pleass train them better we spend a lot of money as contractors on your stores, isn't our fault if they're not having a giod day!🙄

This past Friday, my wife and I were shopping for a med palm, creeping fig and potted flowers. We were talking to a rep when another gentlemen approached and asked us a few questions and was able to offer some very good advice. He helped us pick the palm and the rest of his team were fantastic. I knew he had to be a someone so I did some research. And, as expected, it was the owner of Star Nursery. I just wanted to share that in any organization it starts at the top! No surprise Star Nursery has grown to several locations and continues to be a staple in the Las Vegas Valley - as a native Las Vegan, I look for opportunities to purchase locally. Just wanted to say thanks to CK and the rest of the team.

Visiting Star Nursery was an amazing experience from start to finish. I walked in with little to no knowledge about what plants to get for my engagement and proposal, and I left with a plethora of knowledge and a genuine smile. Janet was like a living, breathing AI plant expert times ten on steroids. She broke everything down so clearly that I understood every word. Dennis brought so much peace and joy to the atmosphere!!!! Aleman was super friendly and kind, helping me finalize my purchase and walking me through the last steps. Shoutout to all of them I want to go back just for the people. The plant I left with is healthy, and I am walking out confident it will thrive. If you are in Las Vegas and need plants, gardening advice, GENUINE people or just an uplifting shopping experience, this is the place to go!!!!!!!

I believe this to be the best plant nursery in Las Vegas! The main reason for me personally is that I love house plants and this place has a huge selection of both house plants as well as indoor pots for them. The plant selection is beautiful and so is the pot selection. In fact dare I say it’s the most stylish pot selection of any store I’ve been to before :O There is also a great price range for the plants. You can get a very wide selection of small pants for just $4 each. As well as giant versions of the plants for about $30. This is a very reasonable price for such huge plants . Many of the plant species I have not seen for sale so large before in other stores. Outside they have a large selection of small succulents and cactuses. Again many varieties I have not seen before. The great thing is that every time I have come in so far, there seem to be new amazing plant varieties for me to discover. I continue to be surprised and excited with every visit 😆 The second reason I give this place five stars is that it’s an awesome place to visit with kids. They love riding around in the wagons designed to carry the items for purchase. There is also a gorgeous pond outside that houses large koi fish and a whole bunch of turtles! So I never think twice about bringing the kids along and it doesn’t end up being a hassle. Rather a place that I can share with them the wonder of nature and our family’s love for gardening. Last but not least, the staff are friendly and helpful. Once when I was not sure what to buy, a very helpful lady went carefully through all the seed options with me, sharing her experience and thoughts. I learned from her guidance. So to sum up this is definitely my favorite plant nursery of all time! (There was a cool place in San Diego, but it was small and difficult to pass through with kids and a cart to boot. It even had outdoor kid swings, cats, chicken’s, and a worm farm where you could hand collect red wrigglers which was cool. But this place, beats even that..
