big huge variety . fountains, trees, everything . the plants are not priced . we did not know there was a "pricing booklet" so we were winging it . there could be some signage regarding "perennials, annuals, full sun, part sun " my daughter is building her first home garden & she's not a master gardener. I'm was glad to be there - the staff watering are helpful if you can find them as they are busy doing their work. . several assistants in a high visibility shirt or apron, hat would be so so helpful. people were asking me about plants -which is fine bc I have been gardening for 40 years but I felt a Plant World employee would be so helpful . There won't be always be a knowledgeable customer around . *prices * plant type *customer assistance please ! prices & what the plant needs - perennials/annuals

I want to send an enormous shout out to Ryan! I stopped by the nursery this morning on my way to work and didn’t have much time, but wanted to get a few lilacs and wisteria while they were on sale. I would not have been able to accomplish my goals without Ryan. Immediately when I walked in, he asked if I needed help. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction for the plants, he took me around and showed me all the different varieties and talked about the pros and cons of each and let me make my own decision. He did the same with the lilacs and was so patient. When I chose larger sizes than I could manage on my own, he loaded everything onto his ATV and took me up to the desk. He itemized each one for the cashier in such an organized fashion and then assured me he would put them in a hold area with my name and order number for pick up in a couple days. He absolutely transformed my experience by helping me get exactly what I needed and wanted, and I know without him I would have ended up with something less satisfactory, just because I was short on time and couldn’t lift and transport the larger planters on my own. I just want his management to acknowledge him for his absolutely unconditional friendliness and helpfulness, and for giving me the most spectacular, exceptional 5+ star customer service! Thank you, thank you thank you Ryan. You made my day ☺️

Wow, amazing selection but even more impressive is the spectacular customer service! Cyrus was kind enough to help multiple days even. 1st day made recommendations for plants and 2nd day took time and even walked the nursury to help me pick out olants and educuatrd me along the way. Wow sincerely thank you Cyrus! You're fantastic. Love Plant World and will keep coming back for years.

It was beyond my wildest dreams.. I can't wait to open an account and haunt this place. The staff.. a dream team. Seriously looking forward to doing business with them.. update. I've returned and spent many thousands with you.. but Happy with my purchase!!!

Ryan did a great job of helping me search and select plants I was interested in. As an elderly customer, I needed assistance. I was able to complete my shopping experience at Plant World because of Ryan's help.
