I recently visited Heidi’s Ice Cream and tried the Burnt Honey S’mores flavor, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich and unique, with the perfect combination of sweet honey, toasted marshmallow, and chocolate. Every bite tasted fresh and creamy, and the texture was smooth and satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. There are so many tempting flavors to choose from, but Burnt Honey S’mores is definitely one I would order again. If you’re looking for a great ice cream spot in Albuquerque, Heidi’s is worth a visit!

Great ice-cream! I tried the adobe road and the peppers in the chocolate was a great contrast. Also the porch area outside has a nice chill atmosphere. Very relaxing and a great summer treat.

Love, love, love Heidi’s jam! All the flavors are wonderful, wholesome & fresh! I live in Corrales and have been to the farm - what a gorgeous setting to grow the assorted berries that go into her products. My “personal” favorite is blueberry, but I always have a jar of raspberry and something mixed with red 🌶️ in my refrigerator (this is NM!) Think outside the box - I use Heidi’s jams in sauces, oatmeal, etc.. Enjoy!

Heidi’s Jam Factory is an unknown gem. Yes it’s a jam factory—but not enough people are talking about their ice cream! The ice cream is always so creamy and delicious. The flavors are unique and change seasonally. Our favorites include the chocolate brownie chip, the baklava, and brown butter piñon.

Great experience. Took my daughter's. The ice cream is top notch. Everything we sampled was delicious. I had the Adobe Road, their take on a Rocky road. Highly recommended. The staff was warm and welcoming. This is definitely a hidden gem in Albuquerque. Make time to get down here. Don't miss the jams either
