Kettell's Greenhouse - Falls PA

Stopped at Kettells on Friday looking for greenery for our patio. Found 2 beautiful Boston Fern. Knew nothing about them. Nadine waited on me answering all my questions she even found answers to question neither of us knew. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you Nadine and Kettells

This greenhouse was amazing! Both staff members I spoke with were friendly. Gorgeous petunia’s! Cool mosquito Repellent plant. Incredibly large healthy selection of flowers, veggies and herbs, fair pricing, close to home. They accept card, discounted if paying with cash. Can’t wait to see their large selection of mums this fall!

Bought flowers here for years, I saw they were open so I stopped in a little earlier than normal and spent close to $200 on their largest flowers, a garden pot and several crops. No one warned me I couldn’t leave these outside overnight? They’ve all died except 2 flowers that are just about dead now. Called the following day and was told I’d get a call back, Waited about a week and no one called so I called back. Was told there’s no warranty and if I wanted to rebuy everything they’d do 20% off, with assistance for the dead massive flowers I bought. They’re standing by that there’s tags accompanying the stuff I bought stating all of this. There are no tags on their largest items I bought that their worker is stating so matter of factly. Their calibrachoas and garden pot. How ironic. I’m not going to continue wasting my time with these people, I’ll just go to corkys or someone else with a warranty should so if something should go wrong, I’m not told to kick rocks.

I have bought my annuals here for years. Incredible selection. Wonderful, caring, helpful, knowledgeable staff.
