Hidden Hollow Orchard - Louisville KY

Absolutely magical experience! We went around 11AM on a Sunday, got a lovely tour from the lady who owns and tends the orchard, and just had an all-around wonderful time. The orchard is idyllic and a little wild in a charming way, while still being very easy to navigate. There are many varieties of apple, and every one we sampled that was in season was superb. Highly recommend going on your own adventure to Hidden Hollow!

Best place to pick apples hands down in and near the Louisville Kentucky area. They are the Sweetest people and have the most delicious apples! We also went to see the horses and they are darlings! We had a great time and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this Orchard!

Love it here. There are 8 hungry horses love to eat carrots and delicious green apples. It's better if u smash the apples to feed them or put the apples in the black bucket that is located near the fence.

It’s lovely. We were greeted at our car with instructions on where to find the best apples (and which trees to avoid because of bees). After apple picking we fed a pony, the kids climbed on some tractors and we paid for our apples- which was very inexpensive. Bring cash (small bills) and enjoy this hidden gem.

We went yesterday afternoon and almost all the apples were gone. She warned us that everything had been picked over that morning. That was fine. I still wanted my kids to see the orchard and have the experience. The reason I'm giving her a one-star is because she made a very rude and hurtful comment to my son. She had packages of cookies that she was giving out to the kids to eat and feed the horses. My son asked if he could have one and she looked at him and said "it doesn't look like you need a cookie.". My son has autism so I don't think he fully grasped what she said, but my heart just broke for him. We will not be back. Just because you're old doesn't give you the right to say whatever you want.
