LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Not only is the product top notch, the retail store has awesome inventory and really neat gifts. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and super-helpful. Last weekend, I brought my favorite pot in and the team helped me pick out plants and then potted them for me! So easy. If you get a chance, take one of their gardening classes. Fun!

What an absolutely gorgeous nursery! The greenhouse was the reason I went and honestly I could have stayed all day. At this point, I have nearly all the houseplants that I could possibly want, but today I got to cross one off my wishlist (Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma/Mini Monstera), for a wicked affordable price. Highly, highly recommend.

As a plant enthusiast this is my haven it has beautiful healthy plants and some rarer harder to find plants too! I bought 4 plants from here and 3 pots and trays and I do not regret a thing. The staff are also very knowledgeable and nice, they clearly have a passion and love for what they are doing. So by all means even if you aren't getting a plant just stroll in and look at the plants it's a wonderful and amazing place highly recommend!

It’s very rare to see a nursery that also looks like a botanical garden. These people treat all the plants with so much love and care. The prices are very fare as well!

Placed an order on 5/28, as of 6/17 it still hasn't shipped. Emailed customer service 3x asking for updates. No reply. Was on hold for 2 hours Friday and no one picked up the customer service line. Finally got thru today and they informed me they had a massive computer issue. Not an excuse for ZERO communication. This company needs to invest in customer service or it's going nowhere. Do not bother placing an online order. Was all excited to be a new customer and will never buy again from Gardener's supply.
