Fruit Acres Farms Cherry U-Pick - Coloma MI

Visiting Fruit Acres Farms for cherry picking was a delightful experience. we also have done peach picking here before. The orchard was well-maintained. The picking process was easy and enjoyable, with plenty of cherries to choose from. The staff provided helpful tips on finding the sweetest cherries and were friendly throughout. The setting was serene, surrounded by the beauty of Michigan's countryside. It was a perfect outing for families or anyone looking to enjoy the freshness of just-picked cherries. I highly recommend Fruit Acres Farms for a fun and fruitful U-Pick experience!

Did Cherry upick around late June and it’s great. Entry price is a little too expensive for $10/person.

The U Pick farm is about a mile off the expressway while the Fruit Acre farm stand is right off I94. The owner was really responsive to our inquiry about availability. Once we got hold of a ladder it was easier to pick. No Admission this year and the cute small cardboard basket holds quite a bit of cherries. The sour cherries ($1.49/lb)🍒 weren’t as tart as we are used to but the sweet cherries ($4.99/lb) were dark and sweet. No putting machine but a washing station. Real nice folks and a sweet little farm.

Very big and relaxing place, it was so exciting to go to for cherry picking. They have picnic area and a nice parking space. Need more portable toilet and need maintenance.

They have very nice people here. It’s very fun with family. I suggest to get cherries from trees that only have a few cherries for sweeter ones.
