workers are SUPER NICE! the strawberries are a must so so good and fat and sweet they have these cute animals you can feel and the ice cream is so good i come every year! ☀️

Excellent sandwiches, pastries, berries, and coffee .The employees are polite and efficient. I spent the day here with a few friends and am looking forward to paying another visit in the near future!

We just visited and walked away incredibly disappointed in the customer service. I called at 4pm to verify the hours on their website were current and no answer. We walked in at 5:30pm and they said they cut off u-pick hours at 5:30pm, not at 6pm as advertised on facebook and their website. My kids were disappointed, and I tried to make it up to them with ice cream. I showed them a buy one, get one free coupon we had just got in the mail and they said it was EXPIRED! See attached coupon I tore up. I kept trying to turn the experience positive for my kids but the staff had mentally clocked out at 5:30pm and was just cleaning and trying to get out of there as soon as possible. No time to simply scoop 3 ice cream cones and make a child happy. Back in the day, small family owned businesses would’ve been happy for anyone to walk in the door DURING BUSINESS HOURS! There are several other small berry farms that would be happy to have your business. Boones Ferry Farm update your hours or retrain your staff on customer service.

A great place to o spend with family and my kids. Picking a strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and blueberry was a great experience for my kids. Also, they enjoyed feeding goats. Food and drinks in the cafe were varied. You can buy from store the berries too
