Banting's Nursery Northshore - Lacombe LA

Lady at counter was rude beyond belief. Not really nice at all. We have always been good customers both south and northshore. Doubt if I will make a trip back.

This place is huge as far as nurseries go. The selection is huge. For this area, this is apparently the place to go for selection. We didn't fully investigate, but the prices seem right in line if not lower than that of others. The location is a little out of the way, likely in order to afford the real estate for such selection. This might be worth 5 stars. I'll reassess next time I go there.

Wish they had more food options. I may have not come at the best time for that. But this place is huge. Convenient carts that we can pull around. Beautiful nursery. I just wanted to lay down in the elephant ears. They were huge.

Staff is super helpful, a wide variety of plants. Have purchased many shrubs and trees from here. One tree didn't survive, but the staff was helpful providing suggestions and then swapping out the tree when it died.

Bought some blueberries and a crepe myrtle. A year later and everything's still going strong. Great selection and reasonable prices.
