A very quick stop for delicious fruit. Airayas setup is so convenient. The parking is all along the orchard tree rows right up against the treeline making it very easy to get to plucking. The checkout tent/booth they hand out plastic bags if you need. They charge the same price for any fruit so it's fine to mix your bag if you don't mind. They take cash, PayPal, or venmo. Phone signal was good in the field so digital payments worked. The fruit trees were PACKED with fruit. So many that we got what we wanted in less that 10mins. Probably spent more time walking between the different varieties than actually picking fruit. I loved how low fruit is also, kids can easily walk up and pick fruit too. The two guys at checkout (I think the owner?) we're nice and friendly. Because it was so quick and convenient, we'll keep this on our must visit route whenever we go picking.
The owners here were so sweet and proud of their crops. We ended up spending 1.5 hours checking out all the fruit varieties. It was great to be able to pull up with our car, park, and check out all the varieties. Our kids really loved the white peaches and apricots. The trees were a great height for kids to pick fruit. Fruit was $4.50/lb
The place is quite big. The fruit s are depend on the season. You can mix the peach and nectarine $4.00/lbs. Many of the fruits have a small hole from birds or bugs.
Good experience. One can enjoy picking their own fruits. Enjoy tasting of fruits before picking.
Looking for stone fruits of all types? This is hands down the place to go. They got fruits throughout the whole fruiting seasons starting with apricots, to peaches and all the way to plums in late summer. We enjoyed the nectarines, peaches and apricots. The best of them was their first crop apricots that was simply just fabulous - it wasn’t just sweet, but had such depth of complex flavors that we got as much as we could so we could enjoy them for a couple of weeks (it only lasted for a week since we just couldn’t stop eating them). Looking forward to the next season, already!
