Wallace's Garden Center - Bettendorf IA

I had a very disappointing experience at Wallace’s Garden. I was overcharged by more than $35 and when I tried to explain that there appeared to be a mistake with my bill, the cashier, Amy, was rude and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Instead of helping to review the charges or clarify the issue, I felt dismissed and ignored. Customer service should involve listening to customers respectfully and addressing potential billing errors. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service in the future. In other hand Judy always does her job right. Go to her(: as you see in the picture I go buy plenty of flowers but if customer service keeps being so disrespectful I will be taking my money somewhere else.

I could wander the aisles for hours. The staff is super friendly. There’s a great selection of plants and everyone is a knowledgeable overall it’s just a great experience.

Lisa, head of the greenhouse, makes Wallace's my preferred garden plant source. She remembers her customers and helps make sure the orders are complete and healthy. I've ordered 200 plus plants every year for the last 6 years and will continue using Wallace's in the future. It is a pleasure to work with Lisa and she is knowledgeable, friendly and organized. Wallace’s is always the first place we go for flowers. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Lisa K was a huge help today. She went out of her way to choose healthy plants that will be the perfect addition to our planters. During such a busy time of the year, I appreciate her willingness to help. This isn't a garden center, its an experience. This place just goes on and on and on. So much to see, so many choices and so many helpful employees that are super friendly. We drive past 6 other places that sell garden supplies and flowers to go to Wallace's. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back.
