Vaszauskas Farm - Middlebury CT

They had a really nice flower selection, but I ended up leaving and going to Home Depot because it was just too difficult to shop on a budget there. A lot of the plants and flowers weren’t priced or clearly marked, and after a while I got tired of having to ask someone every few minutes what something cost. I just wanted to browse, compare, and make decisions without feeling like I needed a personal escort the entire time. Home Depot may not have had quite the same charm, but at least I could actually see prices, stay within my budget, and shop independently. Clear pricing matters more than some businesses realize. Put the price clearly on the sticker. Help us introverts out.

I just received a delivery of two yards of compost from Vaszauskas Farm in Middlebury. Beautiful rich black product and delivered with care. Great price and great people !!! Been going there for 25 years and will continue to support local farmers. Thank You Very Much !!

So many beautiful options to choose from. Staff was helpful and I was able to find things there I didn’t realize that I even needed! They also had some fresh produce for sale in addition to their plants which was a nice surprise.

Excellent source of landscape materials, plants, seeds, more! The best place for pre-cut Christmas trees, wreaths, other decorations.
