The Plant Outlet - Conway AR

The staff is not knowledgeable on what they are selling. Wanted perennials, they sold me annuals as perennials. Six plants at a cost of $120.00. When I went back and explained to the manager what had occurred I received a "Well that's to bad." Some of my neighbors have stopped going to Plant Outlet and are going to L.R. for plants. They definitely gave me the feeling they didn't need residents business anymore.

Incredible plant store! Incredible staff! Incredible prices! This store and its employees have been so helpful to me. I've been building a vivarium with all real plants and so I could only use specific types of plants with specific care. They have helped me find so many varieties that just make my space come alive!! Sometimes it's not as stocked as other times, but that's because of the seasons. It is smaller in size to other plant stores I have been to, but they TOTALLY make up for it with what they have inside. Wall to wall with gorgeous healthy plants. 10/10 recommend as your first place in Conway or surrounding areas for all your plant needs. Every type I could have imagined were here, and they knew what was there and where as well!

I just found this place last year. Beautiful hanging plants, annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs you name it. Pots and fairy garden supplies, water features and green house tropical. Really love them and staff is top notch helpful and sweet.

I literally just left this place for the first time, and WOW!!! I’m so going back!! I know nothing about plants, but the staff was able to help me a TON and they even carried my plants to the counter and to my car! I wish I got the person’s name that helped me, but he had a mustache and red painted nails - he is AWESOME! And they played the best music the entire time (Phil Collin’s, the Beatles, David Bowie). I’m so impressed!

What a great place! I was so impressed with the wide selection and how lovely and lush all the plants were. I highly recommend and will be back!
