The Green Goddess - Phoenix AZ

I went looking for house plants. They have a decent sized greenhouse but didn't really have much in it. However I was able to find some other plants for my outdoor garden that I had been looking for ☺️

Dropped into The Green Goddess needing some assistance with fountain parts and possible restoration knowledge. Robert was absolutely wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable! He helped me sort the parts issues and provided some great tips for bringing the finish back to life! Even hooked me up with some water for the road! I will definitely be back!! Edit 2/17: returned today to get a new fountain pump and met Sarah. She was wonderful and very helpful!

Beautiful nursery! Very large lush cacti. Only downside is really looks like a lot of large commercial plants, virtually nothing under 5 gallon

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We recently spent over $5,000 on a fountain, including delivery of several very heavy pieces. The delivery crew themselves were courteous, but they arrived two hours earlier than the scheduled window, before our landscape contractor was ready for placement. We politely asked if they could wait just 15 minutes so everything could be properly set up. That request was denied. The store manager—who we later learned is the owner’s son-in-law—refused outright, even after I showed him the delivery window his own team had texted to me. His response was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no reason to treat a paying customer that way, especially given the size of the purchase and the simple nature of the request. Even our contractor mentioned that he has had ongoing issues with this individual over the years. We will not be doing business with Green Goddess again.

Great selection of plants, however, everything is very overpriced. AND I got 5 bug bites on my ankles just walking around which have been itching for days. But the birds were fun, and the worker gave me a bottle of water.
