The staff was really nice and informative. They assisted with loading my flowers and offered to lay down plastic. The flowers are beautiful. They also have a good variety of trees both flowering and fruit. I'll be back =)

I had an excellent experience at Plant Center on US 24. I was looking for a decorative tree for my front landscaping, and with no real experience in this area, I was a bit nervous about making the right choice. There was a great selection, and everything looked healthy and well cared for. I was greeted right away and offered help or the option to browse, which I appreciated. I decided to get assistance, and Izzy helped me. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. Honestly, I wish every store had someone like Izzy. I hope the owners know how impressive she is with customers. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasent . It made me realize there’s really no reason to go to a big box store when Plant Center is an option—especially since the prices seemed just as good, if not better. Highly recommend.

I received terrific help from one of their newest sales associates who found me just what I was looking for! When comparing to the big box home improvement stores, you get much larger plants for less at The Plant Center! I’ll be back soon!

The staff were so warm and helpful when my daughter and I came in asking for help raising a baby tree she was given at school. Even though they weren’t making money off of us, they still took their time with us. It meant a lot! Will definitely be back to buy plants!
