Great people, beautiful and healthy plants. My only wish is that they would offer more organic, non-gmo certified vegetable plants and more native perennials.

We had been purchasing our annuals from NSGC for years. We also had them replant the back and front plantings. Their plants, shrubs and trees always flourish. We love the redesigned backyard. Joe, Dom and all the staff at the nursery are wonderful. Here’s a pic of their design and the annuals we purchase every year.

We've been loyal customers at this nursery for years. Recently, we purchased $500 worth of plants, and two hydrangea plants died within 24 hours despite proper watering. When we brought the dead hydrangea plants back, the owner's response was shocking. He screamed at us, refused any replacement, and told us to leave the store. He explicitly stated he "didn't need our business" despite our years of patronage. This aggressive and unprofessional behavior was completely unexpected. Potential customers should be aware of how problems might be handled here before making purchases.

Been here a few times and while it can be pricey due to the location, I've found them incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. A few months ago I purchased a beautiful fountainhead cherry tree and paid an additional fee for them to plant it. They arrived a couple days later, planted it and told me if there were any issues they'd resolve it as part of the purchase. Great experience and I look forward to using them again.

I have been using North Shore Garden Center for years now. Everyone is wonderful, helpful and very polite. They landscaped my garden, and I cant tell you how many compliments I get. The plantings and flowers were carefully selected so that they continue to bloom throughout the growing season. They took into account the architecture of my house and my likes and dislikes. If I could give them more stars I would.
