This is by far my favorite little farm. I love going here weekly to grab my produce! Everything is always so fresh. They have so many things to pick from in the store like frozen meats from another local farm, fresh donuts and bread, snack, drinks etc. They also have beautiful plants and u-pick fruits! Support your local farms!!! Especially this one!
I attended Mcktoberfest this weekend and what a great event!! Though very busy, parking was smooth and the staff was friendly. There was so much to do: face painting, press your own cider, pumpkin painting and so much more!! Thank you for hosting such a fun event on your beautiful farm. 🍎
This is my favorite place. All of the staffs are super nice and friendly. And they have the best tomatoes, best peaches and apples and everything in the world. I love them a lot!!!
Beautiful Fall Vibes, Donut Win, Food Truck Fail We visited McKenzie Farm for their Mctoberfest event and had a great time overall. It was super busy, cars packed in everywhere, long lines to get in to pay for the things we bought and for donuts. But once inside, the fall charm made up for it. There was no admission fee which was nice. The apple picking was peaceful with no lines and perfect for photo ops and enjoying the day. We got lucky with hot, fresh apple cider donuts that had just come out when we paid and they were absolutely delicious. The apple cider slushie was refreshing, and I grabbed caramel popcorn to go. Big downside: we waited 20 minutes in line at a food truck only to be told they had to shut down because they ran out of food right when it was our turn. Major bummer! That said, the weather was beautiful, the energy was festive, and the free entry is a big plus. Worth visiting, just go early, expect crowds, and maybe pack a snack!
This was such a lovely, traditional farm! Such an abundance and diversity of apples! This was the first time I have ever gone apple picking and it became my new favorite fall activity! The people who worked there were all so friendly as well. But let me tell you...the fresh apple cider donuts were simply divine.. I had two of them to make sure! Will definitely try to come here every year!
