Great selection that has increased slightly in variety with new ownership. The store has been refreshed but some of the same staff from Twigs are still around which is nice to have familiar faces. Prices are definitely on the top end but the quality also reflects this. If you want cheaper you can drive much further, but the convenience is what brings me back each time. The pot selection is to die for (Campania galore).
It’s a cute little nursery, but very high prices for ok quality of product. It’s ok for the area though if you need something quick for a filler. Staff kind of are a bit stand off -ish if you catch them in the wrong mood. Ok nursery.
A few days ago, I came into Graze to look for a wreath. I was walking around the store and was just immediately uncomfortable. The environment felt so tense! I overheard someone who appeared to be a manager, maybe even the owner, scolding her employee. Also, everything is so overpriced it's ridiculous. I walked out, went to get my wreath somewhere else and will not be coming back. Lower your prices, treat employees and customers with respect and be a decent part of this community.
Placed an order with them seven days before I needed it. They told me it was way out and would have to pay $65 more for delivery. I agreed. The day of the delivery, they informed me that they couldn't make the delivery. WHY they waited until that day? My guess is they knew I wouldn't be able to find anybody else and now no one gets the money for this order and my Aunt doesn't get any flowers for her birthday. I question how they are even in business. They might even do a decent job but no one in my family will ever find out.
Be prepared to be schooled if you dare enter the checkout area with a wagon full of over priced geraniums. Asked for help from a woman who appeared to be the manager, just stared, practically snarled at me. Little to no inventory, over priced. The checkout experience is strange, confusion reigned supreme there. Disappointing experience on all fronts. Twigs was superior on every front, they even had dog treats and water, this place ,not so much. Under new management in this case is means it’s worse. Keep expectations low.
