Gierach Orchards - Mequon WI

Cute place and lots of tasty apples. I've never gone apple picking in my life but since it's a thing here I wanted to try it before there were none left this year. My family enjoyed it! The orchard is right next to their store, which was nice as I'm not able to walk far at the moment. We got two 1/2 pecks so the kids could each have their own bag to carry. We got lots of fuji, gala, and golden delicious apples. My 3 year old in particular was in heaven picking and snacking on his apples, but everyone got into the treasure hunt of finding a nice looking apple. They also have local meats, maple syrup and apple cider for sale but we just stuck to apples today. We'll be back again next season!

We had such a fun day at this orchard!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Delicious variety of apples 🍏 🍎 very reasonably priced we will definitely be back!!!

Visiting gear rock, Orchards was an incredible experience! Everything was perfect from the wide variety of apples, to the massive sunflower field and wildflower gardens, the peaches, farm animals, and fresh farm produce being sold in their shop. I will definitely be going back!

All the little details! The bees touching down upon the flowers, the children's library space, the stewardship of the produce, the friendly countenances, and the intrinsic beauty of the land! A beautiful place to take self, family, friends, or school group. Soak in the goodness, stop in the shop, pick your own produce, honor the land and team.

We went to Gierach Orchards over Labor Day weekend for apple and peach picking and had such a great time! The fruit was super fresh and it was a fun experience all around. There were quite a few mosquitos though, so if you’re bringing kids, make sure to pack some bug spray. The staff told us Ambrosia apples will be ready in October, so we’ll definitely be back!
