Certainly an interesting store; i want to classify it a a decor store, but after seeing all they had, I really cant tell what to classify this store as. It mashes so much all into one; it tries to please every demoagraphical stereotype at once, its spread throughout the entire store, nothing so normal about this location, making it just a normal decor store. Be it: LGBTQ, woman power, or even governmental hate, you can find items for either party you're apart of, but being honest, its a bit to much to try and please each demographic at once. Especially since most hate each other and can't get along, I felt a bit nervous just browsing all that was on display, without being potentially judged for whatever I glanced at.
I purchased several discounted jade plants here that initially seemed like good deals. After bringing them home and inspecting them more closely, it became clear they were recovering from a prior infestation that had killed off new growth. About a week later, I found active mealy bugs emerging on the previously damaged areas as the plants attempted to recover. This indicates the plants had an infestation that was only partially treated before being sold at a discount. Selling infested plants, even discounted ones, poses a serious risk to customers’ existing plants and home gardens. I want to support local plant stores, but I cannot continue to shop here after seeing plants presented as healthy when they were not. This is how infestations spread between collections. After I left this review, the store responded with what appeared to be a generic reply referencing a merger of multiple market locations and a newly opened location. As a customer, that response was confusing and did not align with my understanding that there is only one market location. It also did not meaningfully address the issue of selling infested plants. Fortunately, I caught the problem early and was able to isolate the plants before it spread further. Still, this was disappointing, and I expected better quality control from this store.
Very cute little store! It's a bit expensive for my tastes, but I would definitely come here if I was looking for a specific houseplant. Wide variety of plants and pots to put them in, and also a cat cafe next door, which I can't complain about.
The place is overpriced, but sells some great stuff. There are tons of nice stickers, cups, and Christmas decorations. We enjoyed the visit to this spot.
Alanah helped me pick out the perfect first plant of my collection. She helped me find a perfect little pot for it too. Great customer service and a cute shop. 10/10 would recommend
