Fontanelle Orchard - Nickerson NE

My husband bought an apple pie from the stand while traveling towards Westpoint from Omaha. The pie is absolutely delicious. The best apple pie I have had in a long time. Thank you.

Pies must be baked!! Visiting from New Jersey. Had a great time visiting the orchard and was so excited to bring a fresh pie to an event and didn’t realize the pie wasn’t already baked. Very embarrassing. Perhaps write it on the OUTSIDE of the box or let the purchaser know. This is an update to my earlier post. I orginally gave them four stars because of the confusion with the pie. I think it's because I've never seen anything like that here on the east coast and I cannot blame them. (I do hope they make it more clear), but I decided to give them the fifth star because the pie was FREAKING DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!

My wife and I took our Toddler to Fontanelle Orchard to pick apples. We had a great time! Their cherry cider and apple pie are well worth the trip!

Love apples? So does the crew at Fontanelle Orchard. We arrived two days before the pick, the only thing in the big apple shed was fresh homemade popcorn balls in a variety of flavors. Tim Vie opened a new box of bags, pointed us in the right direction and we returned just a few minutes later bit a bag of Galas. Crunchy, crispy, sweet bit of heaven to go.
