East Coast Garden Center - Millsboro DE

My go to garden center every year! They have so much to choose from and it’s all beautiful! Not to mention their sales and discount days. We’ve even bought two trees from East Coast Garden Center. They installed them and they are both flourishing, one for the last five years.

First time here. Middle of winter and they still have a beautiful selection of house plants. All the ladies I talked to today were so nice. Can’t wait to go back already. Just took a few pictures so much more to see.

We love this place! The selection that they offer, as well as their price point, is unmatched when comparing to other nurseries within the area. The staff has always been helpful to us and a huge shout out to Wendell who stopped what he was doing to walk us around to show us different plants that would fit our needs and took time to patiently answer all of our questions. We noticed this not just with our family but with other customers he helped before us as well. We've been to East Coast multiple times and he always has a cheerful disposition! It's definitely worth the trip!

Yes they are open year round, no they aren't going to have bulk seed despite a plethora of green houses to grow their exquisite flora and fauna. But I was happy to find this Zen Frog to go with the water feature I'm DIY installing in my yard and plan to have frogs instead of fish. But they did give me excellent advice to find my clover seed. I'm doing the freeze thaw planting method so by the time the soil reaches 55 degrees all the clover seeds will immediately germinate and begin to sprout.

What a fun, informative and “thriving” garden center. You are always welcomed and there is much to explore!! Something new is always showing up! Houseplants are available as well as many perennials and colorful annuals. I love Senior Day on Tuesdays and Fridays. With 10% off plants, you can afford to beautify your home. A great place to visit in every season!
