The male cashier working the register today. He handled a very stubborn customer asking for discounts with a lot of patience and professionalism. Even while the customer kept pushing, he stayed calm, respectful, and handled the situation like a pro. Great customer service skills and a really good attitude under pressure. Employees like him make the experience better for everyone.

Amazing service here, a man who works there approached me as I was picking out flowers, gave me guidance for maintaining them, helping me chose the right size tomato cages for my garden, and loaded everything into my little old car for me, all of the employees were kind and greeted me, making it easy for me to ask about things. My grandparents swore by Country Gardens and now I know why, they have an incredible selection and all plants are in great condition. My father and I were here years ago for aborvitaes and also had a great experience.

Great spot for literally all of your outdoor needs! They were staffed with all very attentive people. We ended up getting 12 bags of top soil ( great sale ) & didn’t have to lift a finger!! They were able to identify a piece of branch we brought in from our tree - ended up being a tree disease. Anyways , they have a great flower, bush selection as well as tons of garden items inside. They also have a great selection of baked goods such as rolls, crumb cakes etc. thanks for your help !!

Bought this tree last year. It’s thriving, so healthy and beautiful. I also bought 5 of the same perennial plants that were on sale same day (all died). 🥺

Without a doubt five Star Plus they will help you in any way that they can and if you need you're selected shrubs planted they do that as well Advil even help you with a garden design. I love all that they have done for me and I live in Crestwood Village 1
