Charlie Clark’s Orchard - Pinetop-Lakeside AZ

I am part of the Fools Hollow Band. We were booked for the evening 5 to 9. The stage is large with a drum stand. There is a dance floor and 2 bars, one of which serves food. I had an excellent pulled pork sandwich. There are several fire places and pits as well as propane heaters. Lots of tables and chairs as well as open places to set you own chairs. Great Venue and excellent employees. Big Rich give his 5 star rating!!

A truly memorable meal: one of the worst meals I’ve ever had in my life. Years ago, Charlie Clark’s served beef ribs only on Thursday and as I recall, they were quite good. Now they supposedly have them all the time and we thought we’d try. The online menu says “when available”, so I called and asked “do you have beef ribs tonight?” Yes! was the answer. We arrived and ordered the ribs and the waitress said “sorry we don’t have them tonight.” We told her how disappointed we were and she apologized for the wrong information we were given. We ordered something else and she came back to the table and said good news: “I’ve gotten ribs for you guys!” They came and they were absolutely dreadful. They clearly had no plans for beef ribs that night and these were clearly left overs; obviously warmed over and terrible. No excuse! And the “French onion soup” is about as French as Charlie Clark, which means not at all. The onions were just boiled in broth and not Caramelized. was. It was an awful meal.

Beautiful outdoor venue, live music, and 2 bars to supply you with drinks for whatever your pallet craves! Lots of seating, shade and grass. Wood chips are placed in the areas where there is no grass to help keep the dust at bay. It's a really great place to spend your Friday or Saturday evening, perfect for the whole family, friends or a date. Open from Memorial day through the summer until Labor day!Drinks are very reasonable and there is lots of parking! The live music has a dance floor right in front, there are yard games you will absolutely love it here! Bonus, the fanciest Porta-John's I have ever scene!

This place has everything going for it. Where they shoot themselves in the foot is the obnoxious 30-minute wait in line to get a beer. We left EARLY, and I just went to circle K because I couldn't bear standing in a line for a beer? This is business ownership 101 basics?! You make people wait? They LEAVE! get with the program! Holy crap! Secondly, this is the picture of their food line. 12$ for a hotdog and a tiny bag of chips? Then you dress it yourself like at a gas station? Lower your food prices and increase your speed in that people can grab a drink and you make more money? Simple, right? Not for you guys.

Beautiful setting, great music entertainment and delicious food! We had a wonderful time!
