This nursery has some great trees, and plants even fruit trees!! The staff was amazing Graydon was huge helpful and gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time!! We bought grapes ! I can't wait to come back !!!

I bought 3 trees (not cheap) last year and was told at the time of purchase that they will warranty them for a year. I could see the apple tree didn’t make it through the winter, so after being told over the phone to send photos and the manager would call me back, no one ever did. I dug up the tree and took it in because I wanted to exchange it. The manager took one look at the tree and diagnosed it with blight. Therefore she would not guarantee their warranty. I asked where was this disclaimer written, to which she completely ignored me. She was extremely rude, dismissive and unwavering. I and the rest of my family will NEVER go back! Buyer Beware of such terrible customer service!

Absolutley the best place for learning and buying. Staff was so kind and patient with me as I was learning new things. Purchased amazing product, cant wait for next Spring already!! Thank you so much Pat! We will be back again soon.

The customer service is remarkable. I was in there today asking about an apple tree that is dieing and Pat took at least 10 minutes out of her day to help me understand watering and tree growth. She was so kind and knowledgeable! Thank you!
