Bauman Orchards Inc - Rittman OH

Bauman Orchards is a refreshing, ample-sized family operated farm market in a world of big box stores. Bauman's offers fresh apples, ciders, produce, peaches (in season), bakery and locally sourced farm products year-round. Today, I was in for pumpkin pie, whipped cream, milk & a cookie - all local products. Strawberry picking in their field in June is a favorite family fun activity whether you go during their Strawberry festival days or on your own on another day. Seconds are sometimes available for canning peaches. Thank you Bauman's for doing all that you do local!

Fun for all ages! We've attended the 2025 Apple Blossom 5K event and the Strawberry Festival Event so far and we really enjoyed both! The apple fields appear to go on for miles and they're beautiful to walk through during the 5K, even though it was downpour rain this year. The location around the market building is small, perfect for a family outing where you can easily keep an eye on your kids. There's a little kids play area, and they usually have food trucks and vendors at their events. The market building is stocked with lots of fresh apples, produce, products, and so much more. They also make the best fresh cake donuts!! During the Strawberry festival they also had a tractor ride that took visitors to and from the highschool parking lot but we just rode it out and back as something fun for our toddler to do, she loved it and the guy driving the tractor was so kind and enthusiastic! Everyone at Bauman was so nice, strawberry picking was extremely fun, and the Otts coffee truck attending both events was a real treat! We're already planning to attend their apple festival in the fall. I hear they have little animals for the kids to see! Can't wait!

I ran a 5k race here, but very nice place, they have a very neat little market. I got some of their apple cider and it is very good, and their donuts are melt in your mouth delicious!

Rittman is so lucky to have Bauman in our backyard. Always my go-to place year-round for produce, eggs, milk, ice cream, and desserts (Troyers). Always friendly and helpful staff.

Plentiful selection of apples and some of the best apple cider I have ever tasted! They also have fresh pies and baked goods in addition to unique items for preparing foods. Definitely worth a visit!
